The FBI is looking for a kidnapping suspect that is believed to be in Beaumont or Lake
Charles. 29-year old Lanyale Briggs is wanted for her alleged involvement in the March 5th
kidnapping of a woman in Jefferson County. The victim was outside her apartment when she was
forced into a car and driven to Louisiana. A male suspect is already in custody for his alleged
involvement. Anyone with any information on Briggs is asked to contact the Houston office of
