A man has been arrested in connection with a recent Beaumont homicide. 29-year old Joshua
Barlow is jailed under a $500,000 bond, accused of the March 18th shooting death of 36-year
old Quincy Davis. Davis was shot and killed in the parking lot of Bar 23 Social Lounge in
the 5700 South MLK. Two others were shot.
