Port Arthur police are investigating a shooting. A man was shot in the upper arm/chest area
around 11:30 last night in the 2100 block of 11th Street. Following the shooting, the victim ran
and knocked on the door in the 2100 block of Thomas Blvd. for help.He was transported to the
hospital for treatment.
