Beaumont police are investigating a stabbing. A man was stabbed in the abdomen last night
near 4th & Hebert. He was able to give police the name and description of his attacker. The
suspect was located on Usan Street and taken into custody and charged with aggravated
assault with a deadly weapon. The weapon used in the stabbing was recovered.The victim
was treated and released from the hospital.
