The DPS has released the name of a teenager that was killed early Sunday morning in a one-
vehicle crash in Jasper County. 17-year old Muquala Lazenby, of Orange, was a passenger
in a pickup the veered off of County Road 120 and struck a tree. The driver of the pickup,
17-year old Jarvis Samuel Wilson, of Jasper, sustained serious injuries. A 15-year old passenger
was treated and released. The DPS reports none of the occupants of the pickup were wearing
seat belts.
