26-year old Bernard Bell, of Beaumont, appeared in a Beaumont federal courtroom today,
where he was charged with a felon in possession of a firearm. He was for the second time in
less than a week yesterday. He was free on a $40,000 bond following his Sunday arrest
for tampering with evidence in connection with the April 11th murder of Anthony Wilson in
Beaumont. If convicted on the federal charges, Bell faces up to 10 years in federal prison.
