Beaumont police have made an arrest in connection with Sunday’s murder of 43-year old
Darrell Howard, who was shot in the 3100 block of Concord. 23-year old Tristan Kavon
Jackson told detectives he was the gunman. Jackson is charged with murder. Police also
questioned 23-year old Donaldvan Joseph Williams. Howard was Beaumont’s seventh
homicide of 2019.
