A Nederland man has been indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury for aggravated assault/
family violence. 38-year old Heath Cory Cogar is accused of choking, punching, and pointing
a shotgun at his girlfriend at the Kountry Rental RV Park, located in the 3300 block of Twin
City Highway. The alleged incident occurred on April 3rd.
