An arrest has been made in Hardin County in connection with a recent apartment fire in
Silsbee. 27-year old Ross Scottie Williams is charged with arson for the April 9th fire at
the Chateua Apartments on West Avenue F. Williams, who turned himself in last week,
had his bond set at $25,000. There were no injuries in the fire that damaged three apartments.
