A second arrest has been made in connection with an Orange County murder. In October of
2017, 21-year old Nathaniel Allen Anderson was reported missing. His skeletal remains were
found buried in a wooded area off on MacArthur Drive in Pinehurst. Last week, an Orange
County grand jury indicted 23-year old Samed Rafiq for murder and 32-year old Kevin
Michael Vanhorne for tampering with evidence. Vanhorne turned himself in on Saturday.
Rafiq was arrested in Farmingdale New York today.
