A Groves resident has claimed a $2.5 million prize from a scratch off ticket. The “Instant
Millionaire” ticket was sold at the H-E-B Food Store, located at 4800 Highway 365 in Port
Arthur. This was the fourth of 10 top prizes worth $2.5 million in this game. The winner
elected to be anonymous.
