Following an anonymous tip, the Jefferson County Narcotics Task Force conducted a traffic
traffic stop yesterday. Narcotics were found in the vehicle. The driver, 53-year old James
Vosburgh, of China, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was transported
to the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
