A Hardin County deputy suffered an abrasion to his head this morning when a subject, armed
with a bow and arrow, barricaded inside a building on Old Sour Lake Road near Sour Lake fired
an arrow at him. The deputy was forced to shoot the suspect. The suspect was seriously injured
and was airlifted to the hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
