A Port Arthur man has been indicted by the Jefferson County grand jury on two counts of
aggravated sexual assault of a child. The mother of the 9-year old victim told police she came
home from the store and found her husband, 37-year old Randall Charles Boudreaux having
sexual contact with her daughter. She immediately called police. Boudreaux is accused of
sexually assaulting the child since she was three years old.
