A Port Arthur man is in critical condition after he was struck by a vehicle early this morning.
32-year old Ray Jones was riding his bicycle at Memorial and 25th when he was hit. The
vehicle that struck Jones left the scene. It is believed to be a black SUV. Anyone with any
