Two inmates that escaped from the Liberty County Jail Tuesday morning were captured in Shepherd this afternoon.. 44 year old Clay Sterling Harvey from Nederland who was in jail on a charge of Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance as well as other felony charges and 28-year-old Chance Marshall Hunt from Beaumont incarcerated for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle among other Felony charges escaped sometime between 4 and 6 Tuesday morning by cutting though a fence.
