The Chambers County Sheriff’s Office has identified a body that was by an oilfield worker
Saturday morning on Fairview Road south of Stowell. He has been identified as 35-year old
Joshua Nicholas Branch, of Galveston, who was last seen on October 23rd and reported missing
by family members on October 30th. This case is being investigated as possible foul play.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office. An
autopsy has been ordered.
