The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in locating 51-year old Joey Lynn
Kirks, of Port Arthur. Kirks has three outstanding county warrants. Two are for indecency with a
child and one warrant is for aggravated sexual assault of a child. Anyone with any information
on Joey Lynn Kirks is asked to call Southeast Texas Crime Stoppers at 833-TIPS.
