Beaumont police report nobody was hurt in a shooting yesterday afternoon on East Lucas,
near the Elmo Willard Library. The victim went to the area to sell a cell phone when two men
that had set up a meeting for the purchase attempted to rob him, The seller pulled out a gun and
fire shots towards them. Police warn citizens to be aware of their surroundings when setting up
a meeting to sell and item.
