A 35-year old Port Arthur man remains jailed following his arrest over the weekend on
drug charges. Members of the Port Arthur Police Department’s Narcotics Unit and SWAT
executed a warrant at a home in the 600 block of 19th Street. Inside the home, cocaine,
marijuana, cash, and firearms were found. The suspect is facing charges of possession with
the intent to deliver a controlled substance and a felon in possession of a firearm.
