Jefferson County will spend nearly $125,000 to make repairs to the Ford Park Midway.
12 misaligned culverts have caused drainage issues and midway failures. Damage was
caused by FEMA, military and monster trucks. A vote will take place next week to spend
nearly $650,000 to repair asphalt. The repairs are expected to be completed in time for
the 77th South Texas State Fair this spring.
