A woman is jailed in Chambers County facing multiple charges relating to a child custody
dispute. Trisha Leigh Plake is accused of going to the home of the father of their child and
removing the three year old without consent. The father of the child called 911 and followed
Plake, who had the child. Deputies were able to use their vehicles to block Plake in and take
her into custody. She is charged with inference with child custody, burglary of a residence,
evading, endangering a child, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled
substance.
