Triple A Texas is reporting gas prices in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area are up a penny from
last week. This morning’s average price is $2.2.1 a gallon. The statewide average is up a penny
to $2.23 a gallon. No change over the past week in the national average for a gallon of gas, it
stays at $2.55.
