The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the robbery of a credit union. A man,
dressed in black, was a hood over his face, walked into theCommon Credit Union on Smith
Road, near I-10 this morning. He was armed with a gun and demanded money. Detectives
are reviewing video of the robbery. No one was hurt during the robbery.
