A Florida woman in jailed in Jefferson County accused of trying to smuggle narcotics to an
inmate at the federal prison complex in Beaumont. A search of the suspect’s vehicle revealed
methamphetamine, marijuana, and suboxone. 24-year old Myisha Davis, the niece of an
inmate at the prison complex, is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled
substance. A second female that was with Davis was released.
