A Liberty County sheriff’s deputy was hurt this morning following a crash in Houston. The
deputy’s motorcycle was struck by a vehicle on I-10, near Kirkwood. The deputy was
transported to a Houston hospital. His injuries do not appear to be life threatening. The report
did not say if the deputy was on duty at the time of the crash. There were no other injuries.
