A Beaumont man is jailed on two counts of aggravated assault and one count of driving while
intoxicated. 26-year old Ryan Rogers is accused of ramming his pickup into the back of a car
near West Cardinal Drive and 4th Street. A short time later, the same pickup struck a vehicle on
Eastex Freeway. Rogers is also accused of firing several shots from a handgun into the ground
and at one of the complainant’s vehicle. Rogers was arrestedon Plant Road and transported to
the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
