(Oyster Bay, NY) -- Billy Joel's neighbors are raising a stink about his new plans for a horse stable. The Piano Man and his wife recently submitted plans to establish a living area for 12 horses on their 25-acre property on Long Island, New York. During a public hearing last week, residents in Oyster Bay complained about possible water contamination and the smell of manure. In response to the meeting, village trustees decided to propose ordinances regarding where Billy Joel's horse manure could be stored. The hearing was adjourned until March.
