(New York City, NY) -- Hand sanitizer is flying off the shelves because of the coronavirus. Retailers like CVS and Walmart have been selling out of the product. Hand sanitizer is also selling out on Amazon, leading to price-gouging. Some third-party sellers on Amazon are trying to sell an eight-ounce bottle of Purell for about 45-dollars. The online retailer says it has removed over a million products from its website for violating its price-gouging policies.
