A Port Arthur man has been indicted by a federal grand jury with the use of interstate commerce
facilities in the commission of murder for hire. 46-year old Santos Orellana-Hernandez used
a telephone to solicit the murders of two people. He faces up to 10 years in federal prison if he
is convicted.
