Port Arthur police are investigating a double shooting. The shootings occurred Saturday
afternoon at the Prince Hall Apartments on West 14th. One of the victims was located at
the complex. The second, a female, arrived at the Port Arthur Police Station. Both were
transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A suspect was located in a
nearby apartment and taken to jail.
