Port Arthur police have made an arrest in a recent shooting. 47-year old Jennifer Berry was
taken into custody yesterday and charged with aggravated assault in connection with a shooting
that occurred this past Sunday in the 2600 block of 62nd Street. The male victim was transported
to the hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. Berry is free after she posted a
$50,000 bond.
