The DPS has released the names of four people that were killed in a two vehicle wreck on
Highway 124 in Chambers County Sunday morning. 17-year old Kaiden Vincent, his 20-
year old sister Peyton both of Evadale and 19-year old William “Ty” Taylor, of Silsbee, were
in a northbound car that crossed into the southbound lane striking a vehicle head on. The driver
of the southbound vehicle, 20-year old Kathy Torres-Garza, of Houston, was also killed. All
four were pronounced dead at the scene.
