A murder suspect is jailed. 28-year old Xavier Joseph turned himself in at the Jefferson County
Correctional Facility yesterday afternoon for Saturday morning’s shooting death of 27-year old
Christopher Janice. The shooting occurred in the 400 block of Franklin in Beaumont. Joseph’s
bond has been set at $1 million.
