Jefferson County Judge Jeff Branick and all the mayors within the county have called for a
mandatory evacuation effective Tuesday morning. Harris County does not have a mandatory
evacuation and motorists leaving Jefferson County can travel west on I-10, I-45, as well
Highways 69, 96, and 287 north. With Orange County under a mandatory evacuation, they will
be using Highways 62 & 87, FM 105, and I-10.
