The DPS reports a Beaumont man was killed Sunday night when a pickup crossed into his lane
of traffic and struck the motorcycle he was driving. It happened about seven miles north of
Silsbee on FM 92. 61-year old Mark Randall Wallace was pronounced dead at the scene. The
driver of the pickup, 53-year old Jerry Sangwin of Spurger, fled the scene and was later located.
