The DPS is investigating a hit and run auto/pedestrian fatality. A 41-year old Port Neches
man was struck and killed by a vehicle last night on I-10 east, near Highway 365 in Jefferson
County. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle that struck him left
the scene. The DPS is asking for the public’s help in locating the vehicle. Anyone with any
information is asked to contact the DPS.
