The DPS reports two people were killed in a two vehicle wreck near Fred in Tyler County last
night. According to the accident report, 33-year old Summer Stephens, of Kirbyville, was
traveling south on Highway 92 and collided head-on with a northbound pickup She was
pronounced dead at the scene as was the driver of the pickup, 46-year old Daniel Summerlin
of Woodville. The DPS continues its investigation.
