A pedestrian was struck and killed last night in the 1800 block of Gulfway Drive in Port Arthur.
After striking the man the vehicle crashed into a house. While the victim was on the roadway a second vehicle struck him and fled the scene. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Two women in the car were taken to the hospital. No one inside the home was injured.
