A man is in the Jefferson County jail charged with murder. 43-year old Jarvis Cutten is
accused of the strangulation death of a 33-year old man. The homicide occurred early
yesterday morning at the Amber Park Apartments on Gulfway Drive in Groves. His bond
is expected to be set this morning.
