Port Neches police have released the name of a woman whose body was found inside an
apartment at The Palms Apartments on Ridgewood Drive Sunday morning. She has been
identified as 44-year old Heather Delmar. Foul play is suspect. Police have issued a warrant
for a suspect in the death.
