Beaumont police have issued murder warrants on two men. Deshaun Manuel and Joseph
Matthews are charged with the November 22nd shooting death of 25-year old Jacoby Jackson.
The shooting occurred in the 1600 block of Glasshouse. Manuel is in custody. Police are
searching for Matthews. Anyone with any information on Joseph Matthews is asked to call
the Beaumont Police Department or Southeast Texas Crime Stoppers at 833-TIPS.
