The Moderna coronavirus vaccine is now being administered in Chambers County. Officials say the first shipment arrived the Wednesday before Christmas. The first doses went to 20 medical workers, paramedics and health department staffers at the Patients Emergency Room near Mont Belvieu on Sunday. So far only 60 Chambers County residents have received the first shot. County officials say two other locations were still waiting for their doses to arrive as of Monday afternoon.
