A four year old girl was airlifted to UTMB in Galveston with serious injuries following a Saturday
night wreck in Orange County. She was in a car that pulled in front of an Orange County deputy
that was traveling north on Highway 105 near Turning Point Church in Vidor. The drive of the
car, 31-year old Kimmie Chandler, of Vidor, and her 7-year old son suffered non-life
threatening injuries. The deputy was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
