The Port Arthur Health Department is offering free COVID-19 testing today at the Bob Bowers
Civic Center. Residents are encouraged to pre-register by texting 41411. You will be given a
code, that you will present when you arrive. You do not have insurance or live in Port Arthur to
be tested.
