The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a reported murder/suicide that occurred this
morning on Oak Vista Drive near Bridge City. A man reportedly shot and killed his wife and
then turned the gun on himself. The wife ran into someone’s house fleeing from her husband
prior to being shot. A man in that home was shot in the leg.
