Beaumont police are investigating a shooting. A man with multiple gunshot wounds was
dropped off around 11:30 last night at the Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital Emergency Room.
The gunshot victim’s wounds are not life threatening. The two men that dropped him off left
in a vehicle that had a bullet in the a rear window. It is believed the shooting occurred in the
area of Highland and Lavaca. Anyone with any information is asked to call Southeast Texas
