The Tyler County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide. A man was shot and killed at
a party early Sunday morning at a home west of Spurger, off of FM 1013. The victim, whose
name has not been released, died from multiple gunshot wounds. There were over 100 people
at the party. At last report, an arrest had not been made.
