Police report a 6-year old boy was struck by an ATV at Terrell Park in Beaumont Saturday night.
The child was transported to a hospital where he died a short time later. The 36-year old driver
of the ATV was arrested by Beaumont police for outstanding warrants unrelated to the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
