Bond is now at 600-thousand dollars for the woman accused in the disappearance and death of a
young Southeast Texas boy. A Harris County judge made the decision regarding Theresa Balboa
at the request of prosecutors. Balboa is accused of tampering with evidence after prosecutors
say she and what's believed to be the body of Samuel Olson were discovered in a Jasper motel.
Balboa is the girlfriend of Olson's father. She's also accused of assaulting her boyfriend last
November.
